Waterpark RFC is delighted to welcome and host touring sides from Ireland, UK and further afield.


Waterpark RFC is located in Waterford, Ireland’s Sunny South East. Waterford is the oldest city in Ireland, a Viking port, the earliest gateway to and from Europe. Waterford is positioned 1 hours drive from Rosslare Harbour, 7 miles along the River Suir from the Atlantic Ocean and many famous beaches and harbours, including Tramore, Woodstown, Annestown, Passage East and Dunmore East. In 2005 and 2011 Waterford was host City to the Tall Ships Races with over 100 Tall Ships located in the centre of Waterford and 500,000 visitors over the weekend. Waterford is also home to the world-famous Waterford Crystal.

Waterpark RFC a Munster Junior Club, striving to return to Senior All Ireland status. We are proud to have one of largest Youths Rugby sections in the Ireland the the best rugby facilities in the South East of Ireland. Waterpark RFC was voted Munster Rugby Youth Club of the Year for the last 2 seasons after retaining the Munster Under 19’s and Under 17s League Titles for 2 consecutive years. In season 2009/10 our 17s were All Ireland Club Champions.


Waterpark RFC is located within 1 hours drive of many clubs including our neighbours Waterford City, Carrick, Dungarvan, Youghal, Fermoy, Clonmel, Fethard, Clanwilliam, Kilfeacle, Kilkenny, Carlow, Naas, Enniscorthy, Gorey, New Ross and Wexford. We are within 1.5 hours also from Cork and Dublin, and 1.75 hours from Limerick home of Munster Rugby and many AIL Senior Clubs.


Waterpark RFC plan to run tournaments annually, weekend blitzes, facilitating local and touring sides at all age grades.
